This Exclusive newly built executive 5 bedroom vacation home is situated within a private gated community. "The Shire At Westhaven" has a gated entrance with access limited to guests and owners, offering a clubhouse with communal pool, tennis, volleyball courts, childrens playground and gym. This will be finished and is due to be opened by Mid March 2008.

This very spacious house is beautifully furnished, and has a luxurious Master Bedroom with a unique feature of a balcony, where you can relax and sunbathe. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open plan, pool side family room, a large living and dining room with dining seating for 6, a centrally located fully fitted kitchen and seated serving area, and a breakfast bay with seating for 4. The fully air conditioned property also has a utility / laundry room. There are 5 bedrooms as detailed below. Will Sleep up to 10 people.

Living Rooms:
The lounge has cable TV with Premiership Football, dining table and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Our property is cleaned after every guests stay. We can provide a Breakfast pack at an additional cost which will consist of the essentials tea, coffee, juice, cereal and milk.


Please Note
Our villa has air-conditioning and has ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms. It is suitable for children as we have a removable safety fence around the pool.

We have an oversized South facing pool area that has plenty of sun loungers ,table & chairs. The location of our private heated pool means that you have sun all day long! We have an automated heated Spa.

Our villa is 1 hour from Daytona Beach and 1.5 hours from Clearwater.

Our holiday villa is situated 1 mile from Champions Gate Golf Resort. It offers 36 holes designed by International golf champion Greg Norman & is the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

HOW TO GET THERE
Fly to Florida. Westhaven is a 30 minute drive from Orlando international Airport . Take McCoy road west to Sand Lake road and turn west on to junction 74A onto interstate 4. Leave interstate 4 at junction 64B and go west on U.S. highway 192 until it meets U.S. highway 27. Continue south on U.S. highway 27 until it meets the 54 on the left.
