The house sleeps 10 to 12 people and is fully equipped. All linen, towels, dishes and flatware are provided.

• September 7, 2008, to November 1, 2008: $2,000/week or $340 per day
• November 2, 2008, to March 28, 2009: $1,600/week or $300 per day
• March 29, 2009, to May 16, 2009: $1,400/week or $265 per day
House price for 9 - 12 people
